Shipping & Delivery

Delivery options and prices are displayed in your shopping basket, and are updated according to the basket contents. You will see a list of delivery options with prices. Vast majority of orders are delivered on time estimated, however we cannot guarantee that it will be delivered on time.
If you live in a remote area, it may take longer to deliver your order and some delivery services may not be available.
We will send you an email notification when your order will be dispatched. You will also receive SMS notification if mobile phone was given during checkout. It's recommended to provide your mobile to receive courier notifications about your parcel. If for any reason your order can't get dispatched within the estimated time-scale, we will send you a notification about delayed dispatch or contact you on the phone to let you decide whether we dispatch it or you want your order to be cancelled.

Returns & Replacements

Our policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Viewing Orders

Most of the information about your order will be displayed for you before checkout. The detailed information about postage will be displayed at the checkout process as it depends on weight and location. All prices include Vat. All the costs are displayed at the checkout process. There's no hidden costs. The only exception might be Customs Charge. We don't charge the money for customs. It will be charged by your post office or other legal authorities. Updating Account Information
