How do I know my order was received?

A confirmation email will be sent out shortly after an order has been placed, confirming the time it was received.

Can I place an order by phone, rather than online?

Yes you can. If you have already registered an account with us online, placing an order by telephone is quick and easy, particularly if you know your account number. Please note that for security reasons, orders placed by phone can only be delivered to your credit card’s listed payment address.
