Returns & Replacements

Our policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an eBay message to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will be automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2 working days. We return postage cost only for defective items and wrong items sent.

Exchanges and defective items- We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If we dispatched product is defective, your item will be exchanged to proper item, or fully refunded. You will also receive postage cost if dispatched back by you or we will book collection at our cost.

What if i received wrong item?- This is very rare situation, however if happens please send us an email to orders@good-foryou.com including your order number and let us know about the details of the problem. We will arrange collection of the incorrect item and dispatch the correct item with express delivery as soon as possible.
